How can I get my NT neighbours to stop dropping by and ringing my doorbell without warning? They seem unsure and surprised when I answer the door in my pyjamas with unwashed hair on days when I’m not expecting anyone. Should I post a notice on the door to ring come back in half an hour?

    A “no soliciting” sign may do the trick! You could make it a blunt, straight forward “no soliciting,” but there are adjustments that can be made, such as certain times of the day you prefer not to be solicited or there are ways to word it kindly. If you search “no soliciting signs” on Google, you can find a wide variety of signs that you can either purchase or inspire your own creation!
