Research background
Hollie Posthill, a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Bath, is conducting a study exploring autistic females’ understanding and experiences of thriving, as well as the factors that enable them to thrive. This research seeks to hear the voices of autistic females, a group whose experiences have often been underrepresented in autism research, particularly in relation to positive experiences, such as what it means to feel like you are doing well in life, i.e., thriving.

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking females aged 16 years and over, living in the UK, who have a formal autism diagnosis, are awaiting diagnosis, or identify as self-diagnosed.
What does taking part involve?
Participation involves taking part in a 60–90-minute online focus group with approximately 5 other participants to discuss your experiences and perspectives on thriving.
Reimbursement details
As a token of appreciation, participants will receive a £40 Amazon gift voucher following their participation.
