My sister went to pick up my Dad with my uncle yesterday & found him dead on the bed. I am in shock.
My Dad is gone & is now a photo.
Can't stop crying.
How do I get through this?

I am truly sorry about your Dad. I'm thinking of you and your whole family right now.
When it happens so fast and suddenly, I think a sense of feeling stunned is quite natural and human. No one can tell you how to grieve: you are entitled and allowed to feel all of it. And this community is a safe space where we can look after each other. You can dump whatever you need to here if you like. Sending big hugs

Thats normal when grieving, your attention, mental and physical energy are being used to process your grief. Try and eat well because your body needs the nourishment, if you can't eat much or can't be bothered cooking and are eating poorly then take a multivitamin, it's part of looking after yourself at a very difficult time.
