Dad just died

My sister went to pick up my Dad with my uncle yesterday & found him dead on the bed. I am in shock.

My Dad is gone & is now a photo.

Can't stop crying.  

How do I get through this?

    People who have gone through grief and have studied the grieving process talk about ‘staying with the grief’, i.e., not trying to push it away, just feel it and observe it. The intense grief will pass. You will get through this.
