The Feeling that I'll ALWAYS make the wrong decision

Whenever I was about six, or seven, I was in the Primary School Playground; with a plastic bag on my head. I wanted to be a Knight. However, the supervisor said, to me, "You'll suffocate doing that!"

Ever since then, I always felt that the decisions I make will ALWAYS be wrong. Reinforced by;

1. My Favourite Sports Teams not getting the cash-and-prizes than rivals.

2. The Subject decisions I made not leading to a successful career.

3. My Political leanings associated with corruption, and World-Domination.

4. My Favourite TV Shows being shelved, due to Headline News.

This whole self-defeatism isn't helped, by my autistic brain.

Anyone else have similar feelings?

    I think we all get times when it feels like everything we do is doomed to failure, but we can only work with the knowlege we have and often I think we end up punishing ourselves for things that if we'd have known then what we know now whe would have done differently.

    It often does feel personal, even when and often particuarly when theres nothing we could do as its so totally out of our hands, like your team losing or something and it can feel like your support of participation will act as a jinx.I feel like that about the Lottery, I played for 6 months and barely made my stake money back, others I know win regualarly, not massive amounts but enough to double or triple their stake money.
