I have my PIP interview tomorrow.
Can anyone tell me what to expect or any tips on what to say?
I am a bit worried about it.

I've got my PIP assment next week and I have no idea what to expect, but from the letter I got it sounds like its going to be another autism assement on the phone.
Just had mine , horror story . She changed every time i said "cant cope " to "struggles to cope". I got judged as though just because i got through a 1 hour call im fine in social situations . im still waiting for my autism assessment ( over 2 years ) so she also put down at every instance possible " undiagnosed autism see no reason why he cant function in public . I also got the "didnt sound nervous on the phone even though phone calls are extremely awkward and i was pacing and stimming through the whole call she claims i sounded fine. . I requested the PA4 so got to see all of her comments . i have since officially complained about her conduct and will be requesting a mandatory reconsideration when dwp send my letter . Hopefully you get a reasonable assessor . You can request your PA4 within 24 hours of the text arriving to see how its gone and if they have awarded points or not. Good luck .

I cant believe my pip review has come before the LCWRA. i actually applied for pip quite some time after LCWRA . I also cant believe how the pip assessors can get away with straight up lying . i went through every point where she had changed what i said and contradicted herself in the report ive emailed it in and am waiting for an acknowledgment and hopefully an apology , i also felt pressed into answering some questions i told her i had no answers to . These people should be held accountable, its soul destroying to know you suffered so much stress for someone to lie and dismiss it . Im really dreading that my LCWRA assessor will be as bad as the pip one . Anyway sorry about the rant .
Hopefully your appeal is more positive. 'I can't see why he can't function in public' is an opinion. In my job we are only to note facts. Even if you could function sometimes it doesn't mean that is always the case and therefore may not be able to function in a job or work full time. Yesterday I heard that people with MS are being refused too because they can function sometimes. All the advice on applying tells you to put details of when things are most difficult, so we would expect them to assess in this way.
in the most pleasant way ... im glad someone else has experienced it . Its like 50 years of mental health issues and inability to cope was brushed aside . and now we have to go through it all again, doesnt shock me why so many people give up as it makes you feel like worthless and like a complete liar .
