Hey there!
I struggle to communicate my feelings and go about day to day life. I am very high functioning but sometimes things can get overwhelming. Is there anything you do or items you have to make life a bit easier?
For example, I had Loop earplugs for when I’m out shopping or just in public (I am in the middle of ordering new ones since I lost one of the earplugs )
Also, when I’m too overwhelmed, I tend to find it easier to write my thoughts and feelings down for the other person to help.
Anything else?
