I am on a waiting list for autism referal will be 3 years plus befkre i will be seen, but i am now feeling crushed with the wait . I only realised the issues i had my whole life with issues with socilizing sound light and anxity being called very shy and quiet child but very bright coupled with always feeling like i was in fight or flight with the world could be autism. Now that i have responsibiltys of a adult all these things i just asummed was just life and everyone delt with it i cant deal with aswell anymore and anxity can explode over small things ro other people that go wrong but to me consume every second.
I just need to know am i autistic or just going mad
