Fighting burnout / meltdown / stress

I'm going to university in September and I filled out the financial forms wrong and I'm struggling to fill them out correctly. The deadline was the 15th. On top of that I'm struggling to finish my last unit of college because of all the stress and over the last 2 weeks there have been too many changes and I narrowly avoided a meltdown at work over something seemingly small to many.

Overall I'm struggling a lot and I don't think most of the neurotypical support services will understand.

  • It sounds like you've had several major stressors hit at the same time, which can make even small tasks feel overwhelming. The financial aid forms, college deadlines, work pressures, and upcoming transition to university would be a lot for anyone to manage. If possible, consider reaching out to your university's student support or disability services team, as they may be able to provide guidance that is better suited to your specific needs. Try to focus on one issue at a time rather than tackling everything at once. I hope things become more manageable for you soon.
