Hi everyone
I received my diagnosis of ASD1 on Thursday and I am so relieved after years of feeling I didn't quite fit in if anyone has any advice I would be very grateful thanks in advance.

Sorting through all the feelings after a diagnosis can feel like trying to untangle headphone cords in the dark, but it does settle with time. I found it helpful to follow the stuff that actually made me feel calmer, like small hobbies or chatting in threads that felt comfy. The After Diagnosis pages are decent for picking one or two ideas instead of taking in everything at once.
