Participants wanted: Autistic Adults’ Experiences of Person-Centred Therapy

Project background 

Jacqueline Macaulay is a final-year Trainee Counselling Psychologist at the University of Roehampton. She is conducting a research study exploring how autistic adults experience Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), with the aim of improving understanding of how therapy can better support autistic people.

Who are we looking for? 
We are looking for autistic adults (18+) who have had at least six sessions of Person-Centred Therapy.

What does taking part involve?
Taking part involves a one-to-one online interview via Microsoft Teams, lasting around 60–90 minutes. The interview will provide a space to reflect on participants’ experiences of therapy in a respectful and confidential setting.

Reimbursement details 
Participants will receive a £20 voucher as a thank you for their time.
