Hi all. I'm a lonely sad mum who has anxiety depression and agoraphobia. My son is 21 recently diagnosed with autism level 2 non verbal. He's starting with specialist autism services next week. . I'm going to be even more down once he starts. I know it's great for him but I'm just not getting any help or support. Facebook friends have been cut because these people are not friends, they just contact you when they want something. . Sorry I just need to have a moan sometimes. X

    Welcome to the community forum.

    The reason I joined before I was having problems with snail mail pen friends.

    Now I prefer digital as should of done this in the first place. Gained two pen friends on the community forum and we chat on Facebook. 

    I had agoraphobia during 2020 (covid pandemic); and 50% covid anxiety due to waking up at strange times.

    Occasionally, I go to Ladies soical group on Monday Afternoons. I like to Spend the afternoon my Friends. We have Various talks and activities held throughout the year. £4.00 per person for each meeting. Teas,Coffees, and biscuits included.

    I on Was on Facebook from 2006-2023; then got out of control and deleted my account.

    A year later I created a new account and not out of control. I understand about people aren't your friends (I was in touch with someone who was using me and didn't listen to my advice);
