There are things as a autistic that really get on my wick when they really should not.

And this site has one. 

WTH. does it pop up a notification to tell me I have posted something? I KNOW that I am posting this. I KNOW which forum I sm posting in. I do not need to be told I have just posted a comment. I know I posted a comment. 

A notification that someone has replied to anything I write is useful.Telling me I have posted something is a huge irritation.

  • Like microwaves that beep when you open the door after the timer has already beeped that it has finished heating. I know that I have opened the door, I need no aural confirmation of this fact!

    I get a little black bar telling me my reply has been posted, as so many things seem to fall into thin air, I find it quite helpul to know that the site, my pooter, the internet is actually working. Although I dont' know if this is the same as what you mean, I agree with you about beeps, I mean WHY? And why does my waashing machine have to sing a little tune to tell me it's finished?
