I dont know whether I can talk about ADHD on this website? There is a massive overlap with Autistic people also having ADHD.

Anyway my question is, has anyone had coaching to help them with their ADHD, at work?

Yes I have. It was helpful to me whilst I was having it and they did help me change jobs but apart from that I don't think it left me with any meaningful long term affect. I did it through access to work.
