I've tried this twice now, checking my spelling to make sure I have the correct address, I do, the same address as is on here and yet I'm told this email address dosen't exist.

I've spoken to them quite a few times but response times are typically a few days to a week, and with it being the holiday season then they are probably not at work.
Do you get an email back saying it could not be delivered? If you didn't then it is just in their backlog to look at when they have time.
I think cat woman is struggling with sending the email in the first place as in the email client is saying the address does not exist… If I’m not mistaken. So she is asking for clarification over the email address rather than a delay in reply

TheCatWoman , try copying and pasting this into the addess box of your email:
communitymanager@nas.org.uk
I have seen this when the email address has a typo in it but your email system still saves it as an address you have used before so when you begin typing it the next time it automatically fills in the wrong one.
The way to fix this varies on what email system you are using - are you using the mail icon on your desktop or an icon called Outlook if not in the web browser? Do you use Hotmail, Google or another (I can send you the steps for fixing it on that system)?
