I've tried this twice now, checking my spelling to make sure I have the correct address, I do, the same address as is on here and yet I'm told this email address dosen't exist.

I've spoken to them quite a few times but response times are typically a few days to a week, and with it being the holiday season then they are probably not at work.
Do you get an email back saying it could not be delivered? If you didn't then it is just in their backlog to look at when they have time.
I think cat woman is struggling with sending the email in the first place as in the email client is saying the address does not exist… If I’m not mistaken. So she is asking for clarification over the email address rather than a delay in reply
Kiwipip is right I'm getting the email bounced straight back at me.
Iain, you know I can't C&P, but I did check that I had the address right, going from this page to my email. If I'd have got the usual message recieved thing I'd just wait a few days whilst they did thier thing.
Apparently there is a messaging tool on this forum, in between the bookmarks and notifications. You could try messaging through there considering email is failing.
