Making friends over 40

I don't know, I think with all the apps, as a society we are more isolated and alone than ever, even NT's must struggle with this too surely? I think that's why there is such crisis in young people as they aren't learning social skills either due to only socialising on social media which isn't real. 

I don't find online that helpful either as I tend to feel stupid for saying things then delete my posts as they aren't worth reading, but at least someone else might give you a better answer.

I enjoy what you write and think you make an important contribution.
