What is Your Sleeping Position?

What sleeping position do you favour? I’m a skydiver and something similar to an elongated shooting star, with one arm straight up or elbow bent with my arm curled over my head. More recently, I sometimes wake up in the recovery position.

Multiple of the above throughout trying to get to sleep every night (with some preference on ones like log, baby, and recovery position) I saw someone describe this sleeping position pattern as "rotisserie chicken" sleeper because you turn around and around in bed like a rotisserie chicken, lol! So I've always called my sleeping position "rotisserie chicken sleeper" after that.

Oh when I can't sleep I'm like that, I keep turning to see if it helps.
