What is Your Sleeping Position?

What sleeping position do you favour? I’m a skydiver and something similar to an elongated shooting star, with one arm straight up or elbow bent with my arm curled over my head. More recently, I sometimes wake up in the recovery position.

  • I like to begin by sleeping with my head facing the ceiling in a straight position. I relax in this position until I feel sleepy. Then I like to sleep sideways and hug my pillow. I like the feeling of warmth, and the feeling of something soft against my skin whilst I rest.
