Hi I'm nearly 60 currently in hospital because of my autism. I'm newly diagnosed and desperate for help advice coping strategies and mostly friends

    I’m sorry to hear that you are currently in the hospital. Hopefully things rebalance soon for you. Like  I’ve been reading a lot of books by Autistic folk, and that has helped with coming to terms with my differences. One book that helped a ton for me and is a really easy read is Dr. Megan Anna Neff’s “Self-Care for Autistic People.” It goes through a hundred different strategies for helping yourself.
