autism diagnosis report

i just received my autism report,  i had already been given an autism diagnosis from them a week after the assessment.  the report is an uncomfortable read and really confusing.  there are a couple of things that they state i said which i didnt and it mentions some mental health diagnosis i have that i have never been told about before,  its all a bit odd.  i do have some mental health diagnosis that i know about and are always listed on a letter i recieve after ive had a psychiatrist appointment.  but the mental health diagnosis on this report i know nothing about.  would you just ignore it as i been given an autism diagnosis and leave it at that, or would you contact them to question it.  thanks.

  • I think the best thing to do is maybe just contact them regarding this to ask if they can update the relevant parts. When I got my report there were a couple of factual errors and also some things about friends which I didn't want in the report. They were happy to update it and issue another copy. Hopefully you can get it sorted.
