autism diagnosis report

i just received my autism report,  i had already been given an autism diagnosis from them a week after the assessment.  the report is an uncomfortable read and really confusing.  there are a couple of things that they state i said which i didnt and it mentions some mental health diagnosis i have that i have never been told about before,  its all a bit odd.  i do have some mental health diagnosis that i know about and are always listed on a letter i recieve after ive had a psychiatrist appointment.  but the mental health diagnosis on this report i know nothing about.  would you just ignore it as i been given an autism diagnosis and leave it at that, or would you contact them to question it.  thanks.

Definitely query anything you disagree with or don't understand. Mistakes can be made, they are human, and a misunderstanding is possible.

They may have access to your medical records so may have something you are not aware of.

They should be open to comments if made in a timely manner. So don't sit on it for months wondering.
