autism diagnosis report

i just received my autism report,  i had already been given an autism diagnosis from them a week after the assessment.  the report is an uncomfortable read and really confusing.  there are a couple of things that they state i said which i didnt and it mentions some mental health diagnosis i have that i have never been told about before,  its all a bit odd.  i do have some mental health diagnosis that i know about and are always listed on a letter i recieve after ive had a psychiatrist appointment.  but the mental health diagnosis on this report i know nothing about.  would you just ignore it as i been given an autism diagnosis and leave it at that, or would you contact them to question it.  thanks.

  • I would definitely contact them with questions if you don't understand anything or need to query, they should make sure your understand it.

(Mine they forgot to attach a section, which caused a lot of confusion for me, plus they had noted a few things slightly incorrectly, which they sorted when I queried)
