hi wondered has anyone got a health passport that you show to any clinical staff, if so has it helped and did you get help to fill it in

  • I had a passport from my mental health team, but found it of little to no use. I had to go into hospital several times for a physical condition. First the hospital didn't recognise its validity as it was from a different Trust, as the mental health trust covers a different but overlapping area. So I filled in the hospitals form and it was still ignored by the staff, along with the Hidden Disabilities lanyard.
