hi wondered has anyone got a health passport that you show to any clinical staff, if so has it helped and did you get help to fill it in

  • I recently did some online autism support sessions.

    A Health Passport was made available to us to download and fill in. I thought what a great idea. 

    Anything that will help in a stressful situation has got to be worthwhile. 

    Thank you for this post, it has reminded me to get one downloaded and filled in.
