I don't think there are many office chairs designed for this purpose though.

I usedt to have a good office chair when in the office and old dining chair when working from home - the office chair was way more comfortable for me as it had lumbar support and loads of adjustments of height, angle etc - plus you could have races across the office when the senior management were out.

You can pick up very reasonably priced ergonomic office chairs on the likes of Facebook Marketplace and with a deep clean they can be very good value.

are you allowed to bring your own chair into the workplace or would it be some sort of risk?
