  • Hi, I like to walk surrounded by a lot of nature to clear my mind about stuff that is bothering me sometimes. I am not sure whether this will help, but for me it relieves a lot of bad energy. I was also diagnosed very recently on the 19th of November, 2025. I didn’t find it surprising, and it helped me a lot by providing a unique sense of clarity for my brain. I find that when I focus on something of importance such as my bonsai, it helps me keep my mind sharp. I also recently starting playing sudoku which I find fun and engaging. I am not always very great at helping others, so I apologise if this wasn’t very informative or useful, but I thought i’d share some stuff that helps me when I struggle to keep my own mind sharp like I want sometimes. Thanks for listening.

  • I think this is very helpful Solo - I also find walking in nature very therapeutic too - I think of all my coping strategies for anxiety that’s one of the most effective ones for me. I don’t have any bonsai but I like succulents and enjoy having them on my windowsill. When they flower the flowers are so beautiful and unusual. I only have a small garden but I do like looking after herbs and using them in my cooking. I love the plant Erigeron because if keeps on flowering for many months - even now it has flowers on it.

  • It’s horrible cos the physical symptoms of anxiety I get
