Re diagnosis or Removal

I'm looking for my diagnosis to be redone or completely removed from my record as it actively hinders my life and brings no benefit to it. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get this done as i was diagnosed years ago (under the nhs).

Headache to deal with for jobs. it'd be easier just to undiagnose to go through less of a hassle with such things.

You don't have to disclose it to jobs. You don't have to undiagnose yourself for that. Just don't disclose it next time you apply formal job.

army requires access to medical files, therefore its disclosed either way unfortunately.
