One worry to another

Hi all I am really struggling right now I'm under a huge amount of stress . I Go from ruminating over one worry , then fix that worry then I'm onto another. I'm in constant tears I'm exhausted and feel so trapped. It's been going on a long time now and I just can't snap out of it ! It's no way to live , all I want to do is lay I  bed all day and the only thing i look forward to is bed time as my night time meds knock me out and when I'm knocked out I can't worry. I have suicidal thoughts everyday. My husband has booked a holiday for us soon I'm hanging on for that as I know I'd ruin their holiday if I left this planet. However when we get back I'll be off. Its no life .

  • I'm sorry you feel this way.

You say you feel trapped. In what way, by your thoughts and worries? By the stress?

How can you quickly reduce the stress? Are there any easy things you can change, no matter how small. Can you ask for help, even if just for a day.

What would need to change in your life to not feel trapped? If someone could wave a magic wand what wish would it be performing?

Are you sure the meds are really helping? Is it quality sleep? Can you talk to someone?

  • Trapped by being in this cycle of worry and thoughts I just can't escape. I can't reduce the stress as its all out of my hands. I've asked for help but I've been rejected. I'd like the wand to make the worries go over my head and disappear! They help me sleep its definitely quality sleep . However I don't feel they help my low mood. But I can't sleep without them  x
