Does anyone else struggle with mornings ? Feeling down or disconnected
Yes, I'm not good at mornings. I was fine in my teens and early twenties and seem to have regressed somewhat. I think years of night shifts and shift work in general messed with my body clock somewhat.
I'm trying to enforce a bed time routine at the moment, more so on workdays as my sleep is not good!

I think nights and shift work must play havoc with your body clock. Don't know if blue light might help first thing to help reset a morning clock ?
