I am not sure if this is the right topic heading but I am hoping this will reach out to the right people and I think that this is the best platform.
I am wanting to reach out to anyone who has either themselves or had a friend/member of their family under the care of *** where they were an appointee of their finances and were collecting benefits on their behalf up until the sale of the homes to the Liaise group.
I am liaising with the Official Receiver’s Office who are investigating missing finances with a close family member of mine and they have asked me to reach out to those who are also having issues so that they can get more evidence together. They have taken a massive interest in this and it would be helpful to get as many people to come forward who have been struggling in locating missing money and maybe even bring to light for those who weren't aware this was even happening.
I have spoken with Liaise and I have passed on the details for the Deputy Official Receiver I am dealing with but if you would like to message me here privately, I can pass you on the details as well.
I have been at my wits end for months trying to look for help in this including a meeting with the police and they weren't able to help but I am relieved that this has now been taken on.
