Struggling To Go Out And Make Friends

I've been diagnosed as Syndrome Asperges and have autism I am 30 years old living in Auckland, New Zealand.

I honestly find it really hard to go out and meet new friends and also struggling socially as well like running out of things to say. (Could be why I don't have friends).

I usually just sit alone and game in my room and I hardly go out and I don't have any hobbies and find it hard to get interested into a hobby.

So what do I do?

  • I know how you feel. I have been like this for years, I’m 34 now and I still don’t really like socialising, just makes me anxious all the time, even when I’m gaming. I don’t mind messaging other players online but I don’t like to voice chat with other players as I get really anxious and nervous.
