Yeah sometimes I am. I think when I’m stressed out I tend to absorb more details about my environment. Like when my wife is driving in heavy traffic I notice lots of details around us, but if the drive is pretty chill I barely notice a thing. I’ve always attributed that to my ADHD and anxiety, though.
