I don't notice everything, but do tend to notice things that others miss.
Attention to detail and a good memory are useful for growing plants as a hobby, but also for work as you can highlight problems that others don't notice or do roles well that others struggle with.
Being super observant would be a good trait for quality control positions, perhaps companies should seek ASD people for this.
I tend to carefully observe my garden which is why I have some good pictures. I will see if I can sort out some to post on one of the other threads.
