Assuming he is new....

He appeals to the ‘good ole boys’ and the Bible Belt, most Americans are very insular, they only care about what happens in America. The rest of the world doesn’t exist unless it has oil. The cost of gas, mortgage and food is what concerns the average person, the war in The Ukraine is of no concern. He’s very good showman, Putin must be very happy with his new friend. I seem to remember an election promise that Trump would end the war in one day.
