Radio programmes, or podcasts, to which you have enjoyed listening recently?

Any radio programmes, or podcasts, to which you have enjoyed listening recently?

Here is one which I enjoyed:

"28 minutes - Inside Science - BBC Radio 4:
Is everything we know about the universe wrong?
For the last week or so, the world of physics has had just one conversation.
Have we found a new way of understanding the universe? And if so, what does this mean for our understanding of how we all came to exist – and even our fate?
These big questions were prompted by new data from the Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument team at the Kitt Peak National Observatory in Arizona. To explain what was found, whether it’s right and just how excited we should be, we’re joined by astrophysics professor Catherine Heymans and cosmologist Andrew Pontzen.
Also this week, what became of the Winchcombe meteorite? We attempt to explain some seriously advanced maths in less than two minutes, and Penny Sarchet from the New Scientist brings us her picks of the week’s science news."
(Recently, I have been making more use of radio programmes and podcasts ...while the news broadcasts are so heavily dominated by a limited subset of stories).

  • I’ve only really listened to autism related podcasts , I really enjoyed Aut-hour with Sara Gibbs, she interviews autistic authors, most are late diagnosed. Sara’s book was the first book I read about an autistic person growing up with undiagnosed autism.

Women’s Hour was good, it was an interview with Holly Smale, she wrote the Geek Girl books and is late diagnosed, she was also interviewed by Sara.

1800 seconds on autism is brilliant, I think there’s about 20 episodes. I first listened to Fern Brady in one episode, I went on to get her book.

  • 1800 seconds on autism

Yes, I have enjoyed those 1800 seconds podcasts too.
