An Autistic Only Section.

Prior to diagnosis I came to the forum and it was very helpful 

I don't think it would be practical to have an Autistics-only section - what's the criteria for getting in ?  who would be the gatekeeper ?

I can't see a benefit myself - what benefits would do you think there would be
