It definitely has an air of a sexual nature to me - spicy is typically used this way when referring to people.

Some also associate it with having spirit - sassy as the folks across the pond may say.

What I meant was, say I saw a person wearing a tshirt with it on. I'd think that they were neuro divergent, but they haven't said in which way. So that brings an element of mystery.

I would read it more as a neurodivergent swinger advertising their availability myself.

Just being honest - spicy has far more sexual overtones than mystery.
