Hi,
I'm interested in how people view this term.
To me it brings an air of mystery.
How do you view it ?

I don't love it. But I don't think it's the term I dislike. I think it's because neurotypical people who see autism etc as a negative have picked it up as a way of judging people.
It's not as bad as 'a touch of the tism'. That one really irritates me.
say I saw a person wearing a tshirt with it on
I would read it more as a neurodivergent swinger advertising their availability myself.
Just being honest - spicy has far more sexual overtones than mystery.
I kinda like it, but also think it is a bit contrived. Like someone is trying too hard to sound cool and inventive and just missing the mark as a result.
I hadn’t a clue what that meant until I looked it up. The definition seems to be “a non serious way to describe neurodiversity”. Does that mean neurodiversity is a joke, or not real, or unimportant, insignificant? Is the neurospicy person fun or is the neurodiversity fun for the person? Noun or adjective. It seems to be a vague term, so yes there could be an air of mystery, but not one of interest.
It's a young person term my daughters clique use it a lot.
It means you are not BLAND, you are SPICY neurologically speaking, which might be good or bad, depending in the "taste" (attitude) of the beholder.
People just love to play with words.
OOh! Didn't "men at work" do a song about that? www.youtube.com/watch

It definitely has an air of a sexual nature to me - spicy is typically used this way when referring to people.
Some also associate it with having spirit - sassy as the folks across the pond may say.
To me it brings an air of mystery
Is that a long winded way of saying you don't know either?
I think it's positive. And I like it too.
