3 Good Things (again)

6 because I missed yesterday  

1. I had a nice day in uni and chatted with people 

2. I did my breathing exercises and I’ve been feeling better with my anxiety 

3. Did my tax return (woo hoo!) 

4. Had breakfast with my colleague, we had scones and tea 

5. Got back just in time for my parcel to be delivered ! 

6. Sent away my ethics form for my dissertation- ended up being about 40 pages in total so I’m really proud of all the work I did!

1. My cleaner came, this morning.

2. I handled the cabin fever, of the latest weather warning, well.

3. I plan to commit to the Personal Development Plan; I can access the monies from a source.

I have super Sparkly colours as well, it is just so lovely

I get that  cats and paints could be a new therapy. It’s so easy when painting to think this bit isn’t right and maybe be self critical. But when you can let go I think it’s a bit like flying. Colours shapes kind of singing. 

1. Spend a lot of time with my cats yesterday.

2. Had a calming painting Session, because I figured out I REALLY like the process, and I am suddenly not focussing on perfection anymore.

3. It is sunny.

Watched episode of house of games and used map of Africa (where is Kazakhstan round); i wrote to the production company to suggest it. :) next suggestion Antarctica? Or too ambitious?

Went out for a walk in the morning before more rain/storm

started my book from my collection. I still use the book exchange and library (when I can)

1. Watched H is for hawk yesterday. My first time at the cinema alone. The flight scenes were amazing.
2. Had a call back from my local riding for the disabled place letting me know I can go for a trial.
3. Had my first Facetime with Nathan my son. I have my first iPhone. I am still using my Android phone while I get used to the iPhone but already it feels less complicated.

1. I‘m really enjoying my current book 

2. I spent my day before work with my boyfriend 

3. My boyfriend booked us tickets to go and watch a hockey game 

1. Got up early enough, this morning, to rendezvous with the guy who promised to lend me a copy of 'The Art of Living' by Epictetus.

2. Bought Magnesium supplements, and Vitamin K tablets, at Holland and Barrett. (latter cost a clean fortune)

3. Went to a workshop, to make a St Bridget's Cross, and made one.

Excellent news!

1. My boyfriend asked me to move in earlier!! 

2. We hosted a poker night for my boyfriends friends and it was really nice to hear them laughing and joking together 

3. I drove a really long drive and really enjoyed it :) 

1. Beat Wario Land 4 and got the best ending

2. Had my sister over for a week

3. Reached 50k views on my webcomic

1. Played DnD with my colleagues and they enjoyed it! I made a full oneshot campaign and I’m proud of myself for it 

2. Got outside for a wee bit and had a walk

3. Played a fun game with my colleagues and we laughed a lot 

1. Went to a Fish Stall, this morning, and got Cod and Haddock.

2. Drove to a park-and-ride, and back, to run an errand in Belfast. Braving the floods, on the way home.

3. Had a Chicken Tikka Masala, and soft drink, at the Wetherspoon's in Belfast. Only £9.76, as Thursday is special-offer day, for curry, there.

1. Drove my friends on a road trip yesterday and I really enjoyed the drive!! 

2. Stopped off at this cool little organic farm and had some lovely lunch and wandered around their vegetable patches 

3. Played cluedo with my friends !! I love cluedo so much!
