A private pharmacy has a backlog of 14 days of prescriptions. Next week they will get help. Luckily, I go to the more convenient GP surgery and pharmacy, which is a chain (day Lewis pharmacy)

3. Collected my Artist friend's repeat prescription tray; but his painkiller script hasn't arrived yet. He did bump into a man he knew, in town, while I took him there.
1. Nice enough day for a quick football match on the playing fields at lunchtime. Seeing ND kids enjoying social time together is a part of my job I love.
2. Walk with the dog down to the shore this morning, in a misty sunrise. The sky was so beautiful I was compelled to stand and stare at it for a while.
3. It's the weekend, finally- time for some R&R!
