3 Good Things (again)

3. Hoping Hermes/Evri bring my new fan today.

1. Despite eveything that has been going on over the last few days, it has not thrown me into psychosis.

2. I laughed in 'The Penguin Lessons' at the cinema yesterday.

3. I was moved by that film.

1. Collected my repeat prescription.

2. Returned the Library Book, about David Bowie, which I borrowed.

3. Got a bus to Belfast, and back.

Like the Country Song.

Looked it up, and now realise it was originally written and sung by Hank Williams.

Been a bit of a challenging day at work so struggling to think of three things but it's always worth looking at the positives so will give it a try

1. Made jambalaya for dinner for the first time in my new Sauté pan. It was delicious! 

2. Kept my calm in a very challenging situation that the old me would have reacted to 

3. The sun is shining and the weather is beautiful (thankfully I have my sunglasses though)

1. Listening to my Spice Girls picture disc vinyl.
2. Survived a hospital appointment last week.
3. Enjoying the warmer sunny weather.

1. Had my Dentist appointment, today; albeit £120.

2. Bought more fire logs.

3. Bought paracetamol tablets; 32 for 99p.

1. Got up just before Noon.

2. Leah's sleeping beside me, on my bed.

3. Had Air Fried bacon for breakfast.

Put my boots away and got my summer shoes out.

Walked to shops in summer shoes and saw lots of bluebells on the way

Got two treats from Iceland - samosas (to go with a curry) and fruit trifles.

1. Saw the Christening of my Neighbour's new Grandson.

2. Using the dishwasher, now.

3. Attempting to drink Chamomile Tea.

1. Visited Belfast to see family last month. Was lovely to see the family, and I got to visit where the RMS Titanic was built ^^
2. Have been home and in good mental health for 2 months now
3. Cooked for myself tonight

1. Took my Artist friend to Belfast, and back; surviving heartstoppers on the Motorway, when dealing with slowpokes and trying to pass them safely.

2. My friend got paintings, he did, returned from the Gallery we always visit.

3. Bought a shaker of salt, and Farm-Fresh Milk, today.

1. Charged the batteries; for my Artist friend's Mobility Scooter. (Pan to take him to Belfast tomorrow)

2. Reading the book about Bowie; I borrowed from a Library, a few weeks ago.

3. Leah caught a mouse.

1. I had a great day at work today 

2. I got home earlier than I usually do from work

3. I read in the news it’ll be sunny next week 

1. I finished restoring a nice Volvo 244 station wagon. The customer came and saw it today, very pleased with the new paint job and the restored fabric seats - retro! He's arranged to collect it first thing in the morning tomorrow.

3. Ordered a new book on my kindle today.

1 Survived 4 hours at a children’s nursery today. Fun but exhausting

2 Having homemade spaghetti tonight

3 Went for a walk this afternoon

1. Took my Artist friend to town; for his fortnightly medication injection.

2. Found out that it was the Motorolas, not the chargers, that were damaged by Leah's chewing; after buying new chargers today.

3. Lit a fire this evening.
