3 Good Things (again)

1. I talked to my psychiatrist today about ways to stay well after a whole load of stuff going on for me at the moment.

2. I am listening to my favourite Beethoven Piano Concerto - 'Emperor'

3. I asked my husband not to go away for a few days, instead to stay with me to help me stay well.

Hi. Did I miss something about you having hot water issues? Hope you have a great time on Saturday evening.

1. I booked two tickets, online, for a local event - on Saturday evening - for me and my Artist friend.

2. I got the print out of the tickets, this afternoon, from the village Credit Union.

3. The Sunshine meant that I could get hot water; for doing dishes.

1. I actually hand flap stimmed during a work meeting last week to relieve stress and my coworkers thought nothing of it.

2. My daughters begged me not to leave home yesterday (I live at home only 2 days a week right now), which reminded me how much they care about me.

3. A road that was closed on my way to work should open today, so that’ll cut around 10-20 mins off my commute!!

1. That I got to hold a 2 day old baby yesterday 

2. That I am Listening to the soundtrack to 'The English Patient' and it is helping with getting me through a horrible day

3. That I am still living and breathing

1. Got my mouth guard, this morning, from the Dentist.

2. Had a Massage afterwards.

3. On the way over towards #2, I followed a Nissan Micra to tell the driver that a brake light was out; it turned out to be an Indonesian Mother teaching her daughter how to drive.

1. I've recovered from tonsilitis - swear to God I'm having them out one day
2. I bought a soft cake from the shops, wanted ice cream but there was none left - think I know how overwhelmed & underwhelmed ( O & U ) (overwhelmed) feels now...
3. I slept 10+ hours last night

1. Had an email and text reminder about my blood donation appointment on Thursday. This will be the 7th time I've donated.
2. Went out cycling first thing as it's bright and sunny here today
3. Played some guitar last night and then tuned it this morning.

1. Got more eggs, and Farm-Fresh Milk, at the respective Honesty Boxes.

2. Left the car at the Mechanic; issues with screeching and wheel bearings.

3. My brother turned 36 today.

Welcome back, Buddy!

1. Found my way back to the forum again after nearly 4 years!
2. Went cycling today, was beautiful and sunny, had a lovely time out.
3. My little sister turned 6 today.

1. Started a new medication to help with my sleep issues.
2. My new Amazon Fire 10 came today.
3. Decided to make my own fruit smoothy - results were tasty.

1. Collected my Artist friend's prescription of medication injections; today.

2. Got more Farm-Fresh Milk.

3. Got Sirloins, and a 10 Kg bag of Spuds, at my local Butcher.

1. The Man, who does my lawn, came today.

2. I was at a Christian Café, today, just before it closed; again, overslept due to the loss of Leah.

3. Ordered more Music; off Bandcamp.

1. There's a plot reserved, for me, at a local Community Garden.

2. Got more Farm-Fresh Milk, and Frying Steak, this afternoon.

3. Grateful for the messages of support; following Leah's death.

1. My new fan came and is really cool (pun intended)
2. Wearing a dress today, as it's going to be hot and sunny today
3. I watched the Cats & Dogs movie last night

1. It was very sunny today 

2. I contacted my GP and got the ball rolling for an ADHD assessment 

3. I just had some yummy vegan Easter egg 

1. Don't feel hot, and flustered, in spite of the warmth.

2. Returned Farm-Fresh Milk bottles; a pound each in refund.

3. Got more bacon, at a local shop.
