As it can take a looong time for faults to be remedied, I thought this could fill in for now?
1. My Vabysmo eye injection this afternoon at the hospital.
2. I wore my 'hidden disabilities' thingy around my neck.
3. Home and having a curry tonight

1. My Vabysmo eye injection this afternoon at the hospital.

3. Home and having a curry tonight
1. Got Raw Milk, this afternoon.
2. Got stuff at a local butcher.
3. Went to Mass, this evening.
1. Getting to see a red squirrel hoping around the garden doing it's thing this morning, never seen one sticking around so long before!
2 Seeing an otter (first time!!) when going for dinner.
3. Going out for dinner with husband and kids for our 15 year anniversary! (And I tried wearing my loops)
Thanks so much Elfilis, I seem to have got very fragile when getting feedback from work and just end up crying for a few hours.
That's really good advice, to try for 3 good things especially on the tough days. Paper Mario TTYD is one of my top favourite games, I played it on the GameCube back in the day, and I still remember how funny the chatter was! My daughter's been playing Yoshi's Wooly World (easy mode), I love games like that! Just finished Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom recently myself!
1. Took my Artist friend to Omagh, today. Good experience, in spite of me making a pig's ear getting in and out of a parking space.
2. Lit a fire.
3. Washed my Lamb's Wool cardigan, in the washing machine's wool function, and she dired with the clothes horse facing my woodburner.
I’m so sorry you had a tough day. I actually find coming to this post can be helpful on those bad days.
I remember having a rubbish day and didn’t do much but I ended up saying the 3 yoshis I had played to cheer me up and that in itself helped.
Congrats on the anniversary!
Trying this for the first time (as it's been a really tough day at work, but maybe if I can try this I can look at the positives)
1. It's our 15 year wedding anniversary today
2. My husband got me a lovely vase as the one we got as a wedding gift broke earlier this year.
3. We are going out to dinner tomorrow with the kids as my daughter (8) suggested it and we didn't manage to make any other plans! (We always have lots of ideas 6 months before but never managed to actually follow through on them).
Had a meeting with the lady, mom of a boy from the same nursery my daughter attends. She was happy that I shared my experience with her and she said her son is pretty similar to me (as I described myself from toddler age)
I lend her a book about autism, that I bought some time ago, but the described experience there was too similar and too painful for me to read it all.
Had just a normal day with a nap
Sometimes I have burnt out and best to sleep it off.
Aww thank you! Just been taking it easy today x
Hope you feel better soon. xx
1. Got laundry, and tumble drying, done; today.
2. Staying overnight at my friend's; taking him out tomorrow.
3. Braved the flash floods, en route.
arts and crafts
What art and crafts do you like to do? I make greeting cards. Started today making Christmas cards. Trying to get organised.
Nice thread. It was a tough day today for me, but even so:
1. Walked on the hill near my house, the sky was blue, there were white clouds and green grass. The breeze smelled fantastic. This helped.
2. Managed to apply for some jobs.
3. The fresh sheets on my bed sparked some joy - the pattern and colours greet you as soon as you walk in the room.
Sorry to hear about your struggles yesterday. Hope today is better. What does Anton Petrov talk about? xx
Feeling positive about trying out new things
I find doing new things super difficult. I don't know if you're the same, if so.
