Today's three...
1. Sunny walks with dog.
2. Another new pasta bake tonight - dfferent veg and spices.
3. Arranged to go visit an old friend soon to catch up.
1. Feeling better after taking two days of sick-leave as things had just got too much.
2. Able to make up my time at work, going in tomorrow - wish me luck
3. Doing more baking: muffins for work tomorrow.
This brings me such joy reading everyone's small victories
Today's three
1) I got invited to a colleagues retirement party on Friday, which means a lot as I've been feeling quite isolated at work recently
2) I went to a work event with a delicious lunch, and chatted to some lovely external contacts
3) I baked a cake for my neighbour who has just had a baby
Today's three:
1. Sunny day and a lovely morning walk.
2 Successfully fixed a leak under the sink.
3. Pasta bake leftovers (still tasty) plus New York vanilla cheesecake.

Yesterday's three:
1 Bumped into some dog club friends on a walk so had a nice chat as our dogs played and trotted.
2. Made a really tasty pasta bake with broccoli, carrots, celery and a cheesy became sauce.
3. Found some good resources on burnout and how to recover. Maybe you might also find them interesting or valuable?

3. My daughter has been speaking to me. This has been touch and go since I found out she has been started on anti-depressants.
1. My dog got a bonus at a local cafe when a very kind woman sat nearby couldn't finish her club sandwich!
2. Met some friendly dogs and their owners whilst shopping.
3. Picked up my padded coat from the tailors with a new zip, just in time for forecast colder weather.
1. Got good news at the hospital that my boyfriends arm is healing well!! Took away so much anxiety
2. Went for a lovely breakfast after the appointment
3. Got a Lego set I really wanted, it was £75 down to £46 due to a damaged box, but I don’t care about the box anyway!
1. Less jetlag.
2. Survived a week back at work.
3. It's the weekend!!!! Hurray.

Three for today:
1. Found new laces for my approach shoes, and they were reduced from £4.99 to £1.99. Result!
2. Went out for a lovely chippy tea and got a nice quiet table.
3. Saw and heard a song thrush for the first time this year.
Three for yesterday:
1. Collected and put up my fancy new curtains. First time I have handled pencil pleats and I managed OK.
2. Enjoyed watching the speed skating on the telly. I was cheering on Canada (I am a UK/Canadian dual national) and the Netherlands (have close friends there and family heritage).
3. A more restful night"s sleep so had more spoons.
