As it can take a looong time for faults to be remedied, I thought this could fill in for now?
1. My Vabysmo eye injection this afternoon at the hospital.
2. I wore my 'hidden disabilities' thingy around my neck.
3. Home and having a curry tonight

The community hub staff know me. Also the boss known me for a long time.
That’s nice that the café staff know and care about you!
Had black coffee with a heated up Cinnamon bun. One of the café staff asked me did I enjoy myself last night (went to my group annual barbecue)
Went to the local art show and voted for my favourite. Asked what was cold wax paint. Paint with a glossy finish.
Bread and cheese for lunch with banana and greengages.
1. The Silver arrived, in Belfast, yesterday; I'll collect my order tomorrow.
2. I'll make steak, later; while trying out my own Spuds, for the first time.
3. I can deffo hear the difference, in sound quality, in my new record player; the new one is way better.
1. In our area; it was a warm (not too hot) breezy Summer's day.
2. I tried a new snood / neck gaiter to protect my neck from the sun - without the irritation of sun screen cream on my neck (it worked out well; soft, comfortable, reasonably priced, and unlike a scarf / bandana - it didn't flap in the breeze and get in the way if I was taking a photo of a plant etc.).
3. Looked around a beautiful formal garden on an escarpment - for a couple of hours this afternoon - with a stunning "white / silver" coloured border and a vibrant "hot / pink / red / purple" themed border. Lots of different coloured Abutilon x hybridum / Chinese Lantern shrubs, Roses, Persicaria, Marguerite, Diascia, Sedum and many more varieties in good flower despite the long dry spell of weather over recent weehs:
1. Day off, today.
2. Did dishes, after baking Spuds and doing steak in the Air Fryer; then Beans in the saucepan.
3. Marked Safe from Oasis-Mania!
(Yesterdays 3GT)
1. Moved stuff over to my dorm and met a couple roommates. Still nervous about it tho
2. My phone wasn’t working for the electronic key, so I had to pay $15 for the physical one. But now I put it on my Sunflower lanyard which gives me an excuse to wear it (which I avoided before for several reasons)
3. I got overstimulated and my body hurt but I feel better today
4. Had to buy a few things so took that opportunity to say I needed bandaids and hairspray …that happen to be Frozen themed…even if I don’t use hairspray or bandaids…and it worked :)
5. My mom said I needed a rug because the floor was “too hard” (rugs make my uncomfortable and she tried getting a giant one that would make me feel like I was invading roommates space and seem over the top) but I found a tiny one that feels like water (hard to explain) which I actually like touching while most carpet and rugs feel awful
1. Went to an Anniversary Mass for a woman I knew from a Disability Group, this evening.
2. Bought another Clothes Horse, at Tesco, beforehand.
3. The twelve-inch 45, which caused issues last weekend, plays perfectly on my new record player.
2. Speaker - I hadn't thought of an IP-rated speaker for a bathroom before.
1. Went on a long run with friends this morning and ACTUALLY LEFT once I got overstimulated.
2. Bought a speaker for my shower time so I can blast my favorite podcast literally everywhere I go now.
3. Finally found a comfy pair of shoes (fingers crossed) after months of searching—for reference, I work in a place that sells shoes and I still couldn’t get the right feel until now.
2. Consequently, have done nothing today, just rested
I find myself back here......again.....and wish to cleanse and flush with some positivity and connectivity
1. Observational acuity = thanks autism.
2. Profound principles = thanks autism.
3. Still having fingers and an off-switch = thanks "hands"!!!
This year, the local sweet corn looks a pretty poor show. Even that likely destined for fodder looks very behind schedule.
All the fields round me are done, were done a few weeks ago. Wheat seems to have done better than I expected.
Only field I noticed that's still going has sweet corn.
1. A good cooked breakfast at home (a once a week treat).
2. Harvested the homegrown Damsons (bumper crop this year - from one small tree - about 12.5 lb / 5.6 kg).
3. This afternoon, I can hear combine harvesters busy in the local fields (therefore, worth spending some extra time in the garden - as different wild birds may take refuge there for a few hours - I have put out a pan of water in case that proves to be so).
Saved the day of buying quiche and two big pots of yoghurt
Used the new shower for the first time.
