As it can take a looong time for faults to be remedied, I thought this could fill in for now?
1. My Vabysmo eye injection this afternoon at the hospital.
2. I wore my 'hidden disabilities' thingy around my neck.
3. Home and having a curry tonight

Ah
That makes sense
1. Got more Farm-Fresh milk; even though that vending machine is now £1.20 per litre, rather than £1.10.
2. Went to Mass, this evening.
3. Used the Air Fryer, this evening; baked spuds and sirloin steak.
Javert is my favourite and also he is the inspiration for mr McGee in the hulk tv show which Kenny the producer often calls Jekyll snd Hyde meets les mis
Awesome. I'm Avoiding listening to 'I dreamed a dream' today. But love Les Mis immensely.
Also singing Javerts part of the confrontation works well as you can scream you know nothing of JAVERT I was born inside a jail I was born with SCUM LIKE YOU
Thank you. That's a great angry song. I have the volume up here.
Btw great news about your singing today. Fabulous!
When I feel bad I always sing the uncensored version of vampire by oliva rodgrigo really loud
I how you feel better soon
Thank you Goosey Appreciate that immensely.
Sending you positive vibes and hugs. X
I hope things get easier for you mrs.snooks. I'm glad you posted it's always nice to read your posts.
Sorry not sounding terribly positive as above. Trying my hardest to feel cheerier. So sometimes need to get it out. Hi to all. x
1. Survived another week at work.
2. Survived (grudgingly) another week of my husband being away.
3. Listening to angry songs by Mimi Webb, which is suitably therapeutic.
I mostly drink luke warm stuff as I forget and leave it.
But at least I drink something.
That's a good idea.
Thank you.
I sometimes use a mug, plus a small, wide-necked, stainless steel, screw top, insulated tumbler / thermal mug / flask at 0.3 L / 0.33 L / 0.35 L / 0.5 L.
I pour some into my mug and also reserve some in a thermal mug / flask (still kept warm for later).
This technique works well for me e.g. attending a course / reading / studying / painting or drawing / outdoors / travelling / taking a break during a walk.
The ones I tend to use are by Lifeventure (£14 to £16, depending on the colour) - they don't have handles - they fit neatly into my: rucksack side pod / cross-body kettle bag / car mug holder.
I have also seen Highlander (£11) do a very similar one. I have yet to try those ones.
A more budget-friendly option is a 0.5L generic stainless steel flask (£7 to £9) from supermarkets , Argos, Robert Dyas etc.
Ha ha
I get frustrated when I get absorbed in something and my coffee has gone past the perfect point and it's too cool.
Luckily the coffee maker makes two large cups, so I have a second attempt to get it right.
It’s Tay thats cat hehe wrll one of them
2. Waiting in anticipation for the cup of black coffee at my side to cool to just the right temperature to enjoy.
That is my way too (the majority of my relatives seem to have asbestos mouths and find my coffee "pause first" habit most puzzling).
