3 Good Things (again)

As it can take a looong time for faults to be remedied, I thought this could fill in for now?

1.  My Vabysmo eye injection this afternoon at the hospital.

2.  I wore my 'hidden disabilities' thingy around my neck.

3.  Home and having a curry tonight Blush

  • You should be proud of all that! I don't care if there are men swifties! I be seen men with Kylie Minogue merch, I always tend to wear clothing related to my characters from games. I have two t shirts, one has the origami king Olly on and another has his sister Olivia on. I also have a few yoshi t shirts and a princess peach bag and I love being seen with them

  • I feel like as autistic people nkt being embarrass about our tastes in things being seen a certain way is an important part of unmasking

now that ive “come out” as a swiftie the reaction from everyone has been super positive where as my stupid masking brain was like they’ll think your super girlie etc

ive seen a nice tourtured poets department ring necklace and braclet and if i get them im wearing them i dotn care if they nkt manly and that doesn’t make me non bisnary or trans lil people will probably think(nothing against people who are but im just a heterosexual cis male) it just makes me proud to enjoy what I enjoy

  • Omg same. I also like fairly odd parents, Johnny test, Garfield and the Kirby anime. The old SpongeBob episodes are the classics but I do find a lot of the new ones fun too but admit there are a few more I skip past if I ever binge watch the entire show! I do find some of the post movie episodes to be underrated. I can’t actually remember whether season 4 was pre or post movie.

  • Fruit trees would cause me anxiety due to having to keep them free of pests I would prefer a yard ro a garden and I could out fake grass in

  • I like the old sponge bob and the first movie i also like me magic(the one that was on citv) alvin(.that was ok pop) 44 cats,Mashaband rhe beer, teen titans go,power rangers and lots more kids shows

sometimes my brain can’t cope with “grown up” tv

    1. Had new set list ideas and thanks to unmasking More ive realised things like pop are probably my better songs to play than the edgy more obscure stuff ive been doing which are now more filler for time reasons tinker my sets longer
    2. had a good first hour at work(went downhill from there)
    3. if and it’s a big if im still working here by November thr week of ther taylormania tribute show is free for booking off
  • 1. Did laundry, then put it in tumble dryer.

    2. Had a restful day, otherwise.

    3. Had pork chops for dinner.

  • Mum visited me

    had refreshing shower

    watched funny SpongeBob episodes

  • 1. Mental health day at home with the back door to the garden open and I can hear the breeze blowing through the fruit trees.

    2. Reading the forum posts.

    3. De-junking some of my hoarding.

  • I have Jamie's 5 Ingredients Mediterranian book out (bought half price) and am cooking the frittata (page130) tonight. I boiled potatoes yesterday to split up the cooking time. (I like cooking but my concentration problems mean that I like few ingredients, easy recipes and short preparation times)

I look forward to hearing about your soup. It sounds delicious. xx

  • 1. Today, the neighbourhood is in "normal Sunday mode" - just the various households; gently going about their house / garden chores and weekend leisure activities.

    2. Put into a small electric slow cooker; the ingredients for 4 portions of Lentil & Bacon Soup (from "What's For Dinner In One Pot?" by Sarah Rossi) - were you can leave the Slow Cooker (an own-brand budget-priced one from Argos which our household has used for years) to do all the work for you - while you get on with other things.  I used supermarket cooking bacon rather than rashers (more economical).  This type of hearty soup makes for easy meals later in the week on a busy day (or a good pack lunch in a wide-necked thermos food flask - having owned different ones over the years; my firm favourite: the stainless steel Thermos King 470 ml - I like that it doesn't have a handle sticking out - and yet, it has a slight "waist" shape ...so I am less likely to drop it when washing up!).

    3. Updated my Kindle Library with some wishlist cookery Kindle format eBooks - which were on £0.99 offer (as I am not a subscription fan).  Titles included easy savoury recipes for: Slow Cooker & Crockpot / One Pot or Stews (stove top) & Casseroles (oven) & Oven To Table dishes using a roasting tray as a Traybake / basic Soup Maker.

  • 1. Attended a Coffee Morning, this morning.

    2. I visted my Artist friend, this evening, after Mass; I brought him the cans of Boost, and the ceramic teapot, while there.

    3. On the way over to my friend's, a real-life joke happened. A Chicken crossed the road, in front of me.

  • 1.  Yippee!  After a long, anti-social, very noisy, smelly, dusty, intrusive and disruptive six weeks; ...the construction major works project repairing the commercial premises opposite my house have completed.  The last works were this morning, for a couple of hours, as the scaffolding was taken down and all sign of the construction works were removed from site.  It has been really unpleasant to try having any windows open throughout that six weeks of works.  During those six weeks t has also been almost impossible to use my garden too.  Today rain is due, however, Sunday looks to be lovely weather - so today I am making a few picnic food items with tomorrow as a "garden picnic / reading and relaxing day in the garden" in mind.

    2. At last.  Something which I had ordered online - as it isn't available in local shops (which then became long overdue / missing for a while) actually was successfully delivered to me this morning.  It looks fine, despite it's strange delivery journey - good.

    3. This morning, I compiled my packing list; in readiness for a more complex, longer distance from home and longer hours duration day trip (scheduled to be undertaken, solo, in a couple of weeks time).  Now, I can start packing my slightly larger rucksack.  I have also worked out my journey and event preparation tasks.  Plus, I now know which items are due for: repair / replacement / renew / replenish.  The kit for this trip needs to be more ultra-lightweight than usual.  Therefore, I have completed a "weight-down" pass across my body-worn kit selection and stowage options.  I have compensated for that weight-down procedure by bolstering the packing list for my car boot box (backup / storage / go bag) - e.g. a spare (dry) change of clothes and shoes - ready for the return journey and a camping deckchair to give me some choice about where to break for a snack with a flask of coffee at the mid-journey waypoints.
