3 Good Things (again)

As it can take a looong time for faults to be remedied, I thought this could fill in for now?

1.  My Vabysmo eye injection this afternoon at the hospital.

2.  I wore my 'hidden disabilities' thingy around my neck.

3.  Home and having a curry tonight Blush

Parents
    1. I'm feeling better than in a very long time. It is not perfect or stable, but getting there. There are noticeable improvements each week. My thinking is getting better. I can't tell if it shows on here.
    2. I've understood my past, about as much as I can, and the burnout is going. It has taken a lot of effort.
    3. I feel like I might have some extra capacity (spoons) to do stuff. Confronting your problems and being nice to yourself, and taking sleep seriously, actually works. It just takes time (months) and effort.
  • So pleased for you

I think you've been posting more and it really comes across how much you want to help.

I had therapy today and I showed my therapist your 1-12 masking post. It helped explain a bit of what I'm going through. Thank you!!

Spoons, yeah we talked about those too.

    I need more spoons!! ಠ︵ಠ

  • Thank you. I'm pleased the masking info helped. It is why I put it up. It took a bit of time to edit (a couple of hours for main posts). When I first posted in May I was more dysregulated than I realised, I also took a break for a few weeks. I'm not sure I was always as kind as I could have been.

  • That sounds familiar. Worrying if we might have upset someone. I know that feeling well.

It doesn't matter, because we understand these things because we do them all ourselves.

What matters is what we do today.

You are making a difference, to me and I'm sure many others on here.

Thank you again for all you hard work.
