As it can take a looong time for faults to be remedied, I thought this could fill in for now?

1.  My Vabysmo eye injection this afternoon at the hospital.

2.  I wore my 'hidden disabilities' thingy around my neck.

3.  Home and having a curry tonight Blush

  • The bad.  My air fryer broke as I was carrying food in it, the handle fell off and my chicken wings went onto the floor.

    The good.

    1. I still had the original packaging with the receipt inside the instructions booklet.  The fryer was only 13 months old with a two year warranty. 
    2. I worked up the courage to take it back to the shop.
    3. I got my money back with no argument.

    Continuing with the above,  I am changing it with an update.

    1. Yesterday I got my money back for the faulty air fryer.
    2. This morning I received in the post £55 from the household support fund.
    3. A letter confirming that I am getting £150 warm home discount this winter.
